Shane has over 40 years’ experience in the heating industry, formally owning his own successful merchant business which he sold to ‘retire’. Unable to keep himself away, Shane incorporated R.E.S in 2019, noticing a gap in the market for quality integrated renewable solutions.

Another founding member, Omar is an experienced design engineer with a qualified degree in Design Engineering. Working in the renewables sector for over 10 years, Omar focuses on the specification and estimating for heat pump and underfloor heating projects for both commercial and domestic applications.

Barbs has worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 14 years and is an integral member of the R.E.S team, supporting the day to day running and answering customer enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

With over 8 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, Kerri has worked with business partners across various industries. Passionate about renewables and pushing for a more sustainable future, Kerri is perfectly placed to support both the installer and merchant in growing their success within the renewables sector.

Richard is a founding member of the R.E.S team, with over 15 years’ experience as a commercial and domestic heating engineer, and 3 years as a design engineer. His extensive knowledge and technical expertise mean he’s ideally suited to oversee our system designs, whilst providing ongoing comprehensive technical support.

Ollie has over 13 years of experience in the heating industry working with both operational & technical teams.
